Limited Core Certification
For those clinicians who practice outside of the emergency department, they may not need to become proficient in all four of the Core Pocus Indications. This might include a cardiologist who never see's first trimester problems or a pediatrician who doesn't have to worry about detecting an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
These individuals can still become certificated by CEUS in the Limited Core track. Their certification would specify which of the four indications they have become proficient at and allow them to go on to add more advanced certifications at a later date. The CEUS Core Examination series would still require completion, but would exclude assessment of the indication(s) they do not wish to pursue.
